For over 20 years I worked in an office based job but I always knew I had a passion for baking and cake design, so in 2010 I started The Crumb Factory.

In 2018 I reached the finals in The Dorset Wedding Suppliers Awards. Then in 2019 I was added to Gohen's 'TOP 50 cake designers in the UK' list and to top off the year I won 'Cake Designer of the Year' at The Wedding Industry Awards for the South West.
